Refund policy

At Virtue Jewel, each piece is prepared specifically for your order. Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution if the issue was our responsibility.
